I was pleasantly surprised when Kyle Stenzel contacted me during a service visit and asked if he could value my current Acura and possibly make a cash offer to buy it, or apply that amount to a new vehicle. The offer was more than fair, and when we discussed possible new car purchase options I quickly realized that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and there is zero pressure at any point in the process. The best part—you never get sent to the “finance guy” for the hard sell, Kyle handles the entire process from start to finish. If you are even thinking about a vehicle purchase, you cannot go wrong with Acura of Wichita, and definitely ask for Kyle!

I was told before the issue was resolved to come get my vehicle. 2 months later my new vehicle was still in the shop with the new mysterious repairs being made to stop the issues I initially requested be fixed. Left the dealer with one of the the two sounds resolved. Nightmare dealership!
