When I took delivery, he explained all the options. I will not hesitate to contact him with questions because this car has so many features that I’ve not had before. The team handled my warranty claim seamlessly, ensuring that most of my visit was covered, and also completed recall work at the same time. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, which made the process even more convenient. Communication was excellent throughout—I was kept informed every step of the way. We recently purchased a ln S type Acura MDX at Acura of Wichita (Walser). Kyle helped us before we even stepped foot in the showroom. We drove in from Kansas City because we found that Kyle and team had the best prices for the car we wanted. Kyle helped coordinate everything so by the time we walked in, the paperwork was started and the car was ready to go. Kyle was very knowledgeable and his service was top notch. The manager that assisted Kyle was also great, and they were very welcoming of our kiddos that we bring with us. The drive was well worth it as we found what we wanted, at the price we wanted, with top notch service. We would and likely will purchase from Kyle and Acura of Wichita again.

Jerome and Greg are now my besties. 🤣 Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was in contact with Jerome while at work and they made the purchase insanely easy. By the time I got there and test drove I left with my car within the hour. Incredibly nice and professional. Even detailed the outside and inside and filled it up with gas while my son and I relaxed in the massage chairs. When its time to buy another vehicle I will definitely only be going back to this dealership. 12/10 recommend! Thanks for helping me get my dream car!
