It was a pleasure working with Kyle at Acura if Wichita. I haven’t purchased a car in over 16 years and this was by far a positive experience. The pricing was clear. Also did not feel rushed into a decision. Kyle kept me up to date over the 2 weeks that it took me to make a decision——drove a couple of cars. He was very patient when I asked about other cars. When I took delivery, he explained all the options. I will not hesitate to contact him with questions because this car has so many features that I’ve not had before. They didn’t have the exact color and model I wanted in stock, but Shayne tracked one down at another Acura dealership and had it brought in for me. That level of effort meant a lot, and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle. Zero pressure, great communication, and a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish.
