Everything went well with my service. I especially appreciate the loaner I was offered for the day while the services was completed. I switched to Acura for service needs after Scholfield Honda had provided less than desirable service way too many times (even damaging my car at one point). The process could absolutely have taken less time. We already had our credit application started and the salesperson told us that he would have to put it through anyway and stopped us from completing it ourselves. I don’t actually believe was that was true.

I had such a great experience with the service department at Acura. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’m absolutely obsessed with how my car turned out—the UV tint is perfect, and the ceramic coating makes my white Acura shimmer in the best way. When I took my RDX in to be serviced last time, the service person was Madison Bayer. She was excellent to work with. She explained things without talking down to me. She kept me informed as things progressed. The mechanic did a great job addressing the issues. My car was so clean when they finished.

I got rescheduled after dropping off my car on the original date, after a service tech was injured. Because I have to transport summer tires to and from it made getting this work done on a separate date very inconvenient. I had to make an additional 3 to 4 trips. Both service techs were very friendly and easy to work with. The shop tech did a great job. This particular service trip was just made to be very inconvenient. And I found it rather disappointing that there was no offer of compensation to offset the inconvenience and added cost to me.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever experienced. We are from out of state and worked with Michael Baker to purchase our new vehicle. Much of the process took place vial email, and Mike made the process as smooth as could be.
